Redwolf Ogilvy is seeking a meticulous and reliable Accountant – Bookkeeper to manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records for our organization. This role ensures all accounting activities run smoothly, supports financial decision-making and guarantees compliance with reporting standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an accountant or bookkeeper.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
  • Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance standards is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Record and post invoices for purchases, expenses and other financial transactions.
  • Handle bank and cash payments, including processing other bank-related debits.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records.
  • Reconcile supplier and customer accounts, resolving any discrepancies.
  • Record incoming payments and receipts promptly and accurately.
  • Set up and maintain accounts for new suppliers and customers.
  • Prepare and process supplier payments efficiently.
  • Prepare documentation and support audits, including posting year-end journal entries.
  • Assist with financial reporting and provide accurate information to management as needed.
