Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a sports-related environment.
Passion for sports; previous experience in the betting or gaming industry is considered an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to interpret and analyze data.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
Solid understanding of brand awareness and growth strategies.
Data-driven mindset with confidence in making performance-based business decisions.
Flexibility and willingness to travel and work during events when required.
Team spirit combined with the ability to work independently when needed.
Familiarity with Cap Cut or similar video editing tools is considered an asset.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Brief advertising agencies for campaigns and communication assets based on specific objectives.
Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders across CRM, Marketing, Performance, Affiliates, Sponsorship, and Tech to ensure optimal brand performance.
Participate in the execution of 360° promotional campaigns.
Monitor competitors and prepare relevant reports.
Set up and manage marketing campaigns using internal platforms.
Serve as the main point of contact and manage daily communication with external partners.
Evaluate campaigns and marketing initiatives based on specific KPIs, create performance reports, and recommend improvement actions.
Support the Brand Manager and media agency in executing marketing tasks.
Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth coordination and functionality of marketing activities.
Liaise with the National Betting Authority regarding promotional and marketing activities.
Manage communication and relationships with sponsored clubs and teams.
Strengthen relationships through regular in-person meetings and visits to club premises.
Oversee sponsor-related activities such as MVP prizes, matchday activations, and hospitality packages.
Collaborate with the clubs’ communication departments on joint PR activities.
Identify new marketing opportunities to maximize brand exposure.
